Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records from order receipt through invoicing for all international orders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for freight forwarders, coordinating export shipments promptly.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and warehouses to ensure timely delivery of brand materials worldwide.
- Handle documentation and compliance requirements for global shipping of consumable products.
- Oversee shipments to international KONG locations (UK, Germany, Australia, and others).
