Your Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end data management for oncology studies.
• Define and maintain data management plans, dictionaries, and quality control processes.
• Oversee data collection, validation, and cleaning with clinical and technical teams.
• Apply your oncology expertise to ensure meaningful data capture and interpretation.
• Review CRFs and ensure consistency with study objectives and endpoints.
• Contribute to internal training, study proposals, and publications.
• Provide insights to support discussions with clinical experts and oncologists.
• Collaborate with biostatistics, medical affairs, regulatory, and business development teams.
• Ensure compliance with standards such as GPP, GDPR, and FAIR principles.

Requirements:

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology, or equivalent (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience in clinical or real-world data management.
• Strong oncology knowledge and ability to interpret clinical data.
• Familiar with RWE study design, endpoints, and data sources.
• Experienced in cross-functional team environments.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Knowledge of CDISC standards, EDC systems, and data privacy regulations is a bonus.
