Position Overview:
As a Cashier, you are the face of SNIPES, providing excellent customer service while managing transactions at the Point of Sale (POS). You’ll assist with stock replenishment, maintain the brand’s visual standards, and help ensure the store operates smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create strong relationships with customers.
- Accurately process sales transactions while maintaining cash wrap organization and control.
- Support store sales by achieving or exceeding KPIs, including sales goals, average dollar sale (ADS), units per transaction (UPT), and conversions.
- Participate actively in promotions, contests, and sales incentive programs.
- Maintain merchandise displays, tagging, and store cleanliness.
- Communicate customer needs to management to ensure proper product assortment.
